Features and services may vary by app version, platform, and configuration. The sections about advertising and connected services apply when those features are enabled.
2. Information used by the game
- On-device game data: progress, levels, coins, stars, lives, selected avatar or display name, and sound, music, and vibration preferences may be saved on your device so the game can remember your choices.
- Installation identifier: the game can generate a random identifier stored on your device. It can be included in a support or deletion email you choose to send; it is not your name or email address.
- Connected services: configuration and promotional-content requests can include the game identifier and platform. Like other internet requests, they make connection information such as an IP address available to the receiving service.
- Support correspondence: when you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Advertising and third-party services
When configured in a released version, the game may show Google AdMob advertisements, including optional rewarded ads, or promotions for other Manna Games products. Ad availability and rewards depend on the feature shown in the app. Following a promotion opens a separate store or service with its own privacy practices.
When AdMob is enabled, Google may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Available consent choices depend on your location and the app configuration. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s practices.
The game is built with Unity. Information processed by enabled Unity services is described in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Not every service offered by Unity or Google is used by this game.
4. This website
This landing page does not use advertising scripts, analytics trackers, account registration, or contact forms. Its fonts and artwork are served as local website assets. The power-up and location previews run in your browser without sending your selections to us.
The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver and secure the website. Links to Google Play, Manna Games, or third-party policies take you to separate websites.
5. How and why information is used
Information is used to run the game, save preferences and progress, provide enabled online content, respond to support requests, administer eligible ad rewards, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, or precise device location to operate the core puzzle game.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
7. Storage and security
On-device saves remain until removed through available app or device controls. Uninstalling or clearing app data can remove local progress, although operating-system backups may retain copies. Local saves are not a guarantee of cloud backup or recovery.
Support messages and service records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, resolving disputes, and legal obligations. Retention by independent providers is governed by their policies. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and data requests
You can manage supported advertising and privacy settings on your device and use consent choices provided by the app when available. You can stop future app activity by uninstalling it. Deleting local data does not automatically delete information held by an external service.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal limits and verification.
Send a request to support@manna-games.com with the subject "Kings & Castles privacy request". Include the installation or user identifier if available and enough context to locate relevant records. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to verify and handle your request. Do not send your password.
9. Children and families
Parents and guardians should review the app’s store age rating and available device controls before allowing a child to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age of consent without legally required authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact support@manna-games.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
